  • How can I place an order?

    You can place an order through our website, over the phone on 0333 2000 750 or at our showroom in Edinburgh.

  • Do I need an account to order from your website?

    You don’t need an account to order from our website. However, setting up an account will allow you to view past orders and the status of your current order. Creating an account is easy and can be done at the checkout.

  • How can I pay for my order?

    We currently accept a number of different payment options: Credit Card, Debit Card, American Express, Finance or PayPal. When placing an order from our website you are protected by a 128-bit SSL encryption certificate that ensures your data is safe when transmitted to our payment processors. Origin Fitness does not store any payment details on it's systems.

  • When will I be charged?

    If your credit/debit card is authorised, the payment will be taken immediately and you will receive an e-mail confirming your order has been successful. Only paid orders will be processed. We will not charge you for any failed payment transactions.

  • What countries do you deliver to?

    Currently our website only offers delivery to UK and Ireland. If you require delivery outwith these countries please phone 0333 2000 750 for a delivery quote.

  • When will my order be dispatched?

    We strive to process your order within 24 hours and to dispatch your items from our warehouse as quickly as possible. The speed of delivery depends on the method chosen when you place your order. We do not process or dispatch orders on weekends, public holidays and bank holidays.

    You will receive an email to confirm dispatch when your order is on its way to your delivery address.

  • Can I track my order?

    Once your order is dispatched and depending on the delivery method chosen, you will receive a tracking number from our chosen courier. This will allow you to follow your package along its trip to your chosen delivery address. Feel free to contact us if you have any further questions or concerns regarding the delivery of your order.

  • What is the delivery time of my order?

    Depending on the type of delivery method chosen when placing your order, you should receive your items no later than 5-7 working days after dispatch. If you think there might be a problem with your order please contact us.

  • How can I return an item?

    You have the right to return any item or your entire order within 14 working days from the day you receive your items. Please contact us before sending any items back. Also note, unless faulty, returning items is at your own expense. Once your items have returned a refund will follow within 14 working days.

  • How can I cancel my order?

    Since we try to process your order as quickly as possible, there is a high chance it will already be dispatched. In this case, you may refuse the package when a delivery attempt is made or return all items and we will issue a full refund. Please contact us before sending back. Also note, unless faulty, returning items is at your own expense.

    Once your cancelled order is returned to us a refund will follow within 14 working days.

  • What are your opening hours over Christmas?

    Our head office and phone lines will be closed from Monday 26th of December and will reopen on Tuesday 3rd of January 2017. For urgent enquiries please leave a voice message on 0333 2000 750 or contact us via email and we will reply as soon as possible.
