Firm Gym Mats are dual density EVA mats used by leading gyms and health clubs in the UK. Each mat measures 102cm x 102cm square with a depth of 20mm.
Dual density: Firm Gym Mats have a 5mm soft coloured top surface and a 15mm firm, shock-absorbing bottom layer.
Anti-slip: With their anti-slip surface they’re perfect for weight areas in professional or home gyms, exhibitions stand, workshops, garages, playrooms, and awnings.
Lightweight: Each mat only weighs 5.3kg so they're easy to fit, lift and store.
Fully interlocking: Firm Gym Mats interlock on all four sides. Combine them with our Soft Gym Mats and our Freeweight Mats to create different activity zones.
Colours: Black, Blue, Grey, Red.
Wipe clean: Clean with warm soapy water. Do not use cleaning agents containing bleach or abrasives.
Edges and corners: Bevelled edges and corner blocks are available, in matching or contrasting colours, to create a safe, smart finish.
NB. These are not suitable for heavy weight areas and should not have weights dropped onto them from a height. See Freeweight Mats instead.
