October has been another great month for Anytime Leisure, topped off with a move to new offices and showroom facility. This, along with putting the finishing touches on the company's first catalogue has made it an incredibly exciting month.
As mentioned in the last company newsletter, Anytime is working in partnership with West Dunbartonshire Leisure on a fantastic refurbishment project across their three leisure centres.
Work on the Play Drome Centre in Clydebank will be the first to commence and will be followed by installations at the Vale of Leven Pool and Meadow Leisure Centre. The Anytime Leisure engineers are due to start the work by removing old equipment and refitting the fitness suite at the Play Drome on the 24th of October. Anytime staff will be delivering product familiarisation training with staff and providing West Dunbartonshire Leisure with additional support where necessary in order to make the projects as successful as possible.
Another facility which Anytime Leisure has been pleased to work in was the CitySport+ gym at the City of Glasgow College which has now officially opened and has, so far, been a great success. After the merging of three Glasgow Colleges, City of Glasgow decided to bring the previous three gyms together to create a state of the art fitness facility in the heart of Glasgow city centre.
Following on from the successful work Anytime Leisure has done in the past with Renfrewshire Leisure at their ON-X Linwood, Paisley Lagoon and Renfrew Leisure Centres, it will be undertaking further work with this local authority over the next two months at these three facilities and also at Erskine Leisure Centre.
Queens Park Football Club has recently completed their new fitness facility within the club’s new pavilion, just opposite the National Stadium at Hampden. The state of the art players fitness suite is just another example of the kind of great projects which Anytime Leisure staff have had the pleasure of working on this past year.
For the Anytime Leisure team next few months are, again, set to be very busy. Installations will be happening all around Scotland, with major projects happening in partnership with Renfrewshire, Inverclyde, East Ayrshire and West Dunbartonshire Leisure trusts along with installations happening in Hazlehead Academy, Dunfermline High School and for the Scottish Police Service.
