The Origin 20kg Cross Training Bar has been designed with function and durability in mind to allow the busiest of gym facilities help users focus on their form and prevent injury. The training bar can be used in a wide variety of facilities including CrossFit gyms, performance centre's, commercial gyms and home setups.

The Origin 20kg Cross Training Bar is a robust training bar that doesn’t compromise on quality. It has a maximum load capacity of 680.3kg (1,500lb) making it a versatile training tool for a variety of gym facilities including CrossFit gyms, Olympic weight training facilities, commercial or home gyms.
This barbell has been designed with function and durability in mind and is perfect for allowing users to focus on form and getting their lifting technique right, which is essential to prevent injury. The threaded sleeves and knurled grip ensure maximum grip across the training bar.
Create perfect form before progressing onto those heavy lifts and pushing for PB’s. This training bar is perfect for practicing form across a variety of movements such as Olympic lifts like the clean and jerk.
The copper bushings ensure the bar can withstand heavy load capacity, whilst also allowing good spin on the bar when performing Olympic Lifts. In addition, the tensile strength of 216,200 ensures this bar can withstand rigorous use in the busiest of gym facilities.

The definition of used correctly : 1.1 Weight loading not exceeding recommended limits 1.2 Bars are not left loaded with weights 1.3 Bars are only used with proper weight plates* 1.3 Use is only on a proper weightlifting platform** 1.4 Bars are not dropped on boxes, benches, spotter arms or similar. The definition of maintained correctly; 2.1 Chalk is cleaned regularly from the bar in line with our barbell maintenance guidelines. 2.2. Bars are regularly oiled to prevent rusting and to ensure correct lubrication in line with our guidelines. *We class proper weight plates as rubber or polyurethane bumper weight plates designed for use with an Olympic bar.
