Adjustable in both width and height, the freestanding design gives users freedom of movement when performing exercise. The design includes two 160mm spotter arms to gives peace of mind when lifting weights outside of your comfort zone and built in J-hooks to safely hold your barbell until the next lift.
Numerous racking positions can be used which allows several exercises to be performed using the stands including the back squat, overhead press, and bench press. Designed to be versatile and used during heavy lifts, they help you to achieve your true performance and get the most out of your training no matter the space you have available.
